Ever since Jakob Nielsen reported his "Flash 99% Bad" article (which I won't even dare to link here), Flash has gotten a bad rap. There's a lot of misconceptions floating out there about Flash as a web development tool and a viable content delivery medium. It's always puzzled me that according to a majority of the "Top 10 websites" contests and such lists, that the sites at the top were either built with Flash, contained Flash content, or were totally Flash sites.
